plan and section development

In the Cellar, are the auditorium and a fitness area will.

The first floor/ the main floor will comprise of the main entry, the lobby, administration and a space for gatherings.

The second floor will have a combination of a restaurant and exhibit spaces.

The third floor may have an alternative for a restaurant.

5th floor is one of the typical hotel rooms.

!2th floor will be the pent house locations. I will have two houses, one will be accessible.

a draft of the section

Please Note: I drew them to scale, but the images you see here are slightly changed.

  1. I still need to see that the typical floor plan for the rooms actually work. Also - the space on that floor has so much space for circulation - and the building has so many interesting spaces to occupy rather than the hallway of the rooms - does that make sense? I think the rooms should fill the 5th + floors and the interesting spaces are on the other floors or in the rooms on those floors - no one is going to use the large open circulation spaces on the 5th+ floors. 2. Create rules as to how to define specific spaces such as the hotel rooms in plan. These rules can help you decide how to arrange the more detailed program of the interior space functions. If one treated the precision in plan, as a swiss clockmaker arranges gears and springs, how would the major components of the hotel rooms (as an example) be organized in plan.
